Galley easily allows you to convert component units of measure between imperial to metric within a recipe.

  1. If you would like to see a component measured in a different unit of measurement, first click the lock icon in between the quantity and unit of measurement within the Components section.

  2. Click the unit of measurement drop-down and select whichever unit you would like to convert to.

  3. Once selected, Galley will scale and display the component's quantity in the desired unit of measurement and you can switch back and forth between units.

  4. Re-lock the component by selecting the lock icon.

*Note, you can only switch between units of weight and units of volume if a density conversion is applied to an ingredient.
