Galley allows you to add Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) rules to your recipes. These HACCP rules can then be available in your recipe production packets and via the Galley API. If the HACCP rule feature is not available in your account, contact your Galley Customer Success Manager.

To access your HACCP rules, navigate to the Recipes Catalog and click "View HACCP Rules".

To add another HACCP rule, click the "+". Then, fill in the rule's title and description.

You will then be able to link your new HACCP rule to recipes via the HACCP Rules dropdown from a recipe's page. The linked HACCP rule will then appear in the given recipe's printout.
